Luke is in his second term as CSVA's Vice President.
Christopher Luke will begin his fourth year at the University of North Carolina ( 18th overall) as the Director of Football Video Operations.
Luke, 34, manages all facets of internal team video and game analysis needs for the football coaching staff at North Carolina. He also manages DVSPORT’s 38 video stations network throughout the Kenan Football Center. Prior to working at UNC, Christopher was the Assistant Video Coordinator at Texas A&M from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Christopher was a leader in educating and implementing an FTP program for all Big 12 schools to electronically exchange football game video via Internet2 in 2005. The Big 12 was the first BCS conference to successfully exchange video over its peer to peer network in 2005. Previously, Luke worked for two years at the University of Missouri as the Assistant Director of Video Operations and was in charge of the daily operations of the football staff while assisting in the video management of 22 sports. Prior to that appointment, he did his graduate work in The Speech Communication Instructional Technology department at Northern Illinois University while serving as the Football Video Coordinator for two seasons. Luke began his career at Eastern Illinois University as the Student Video Coordinator in 1994, and graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Radio/Television Production in December of 1998.
Luke is a native of Hoopeston, Illinois. He is married to the former Sabra Hubbert of Sikeston, Missouri. They have two sons, Travis, 3, and Truman who turned 1 on April 4th, 2009.
